Tom Straw
Founder of Blueprint Equity
Tom has spent the past 25 years in the institutional capital markets working for firms such as Principal Global Investors, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Golden Tree Asset Management. After leaving Goldman, Tom launched his placement efforts in 2007 to assist independent asset management firms and entrepreneurs in their pursuit of institutional capital. Tom has also personally entitled and developed single-family residential, multi-family for sale and retail strip in Los Angeles County while advising on real estate development projects nationwide. Tom founded Blueprint Equity to merge his experience as a real estate operator/developer with his roots in the institutional capital markets. Tom is a 1988 graduate of Creighton University in Omaha, NE and lives in San Diego, CA.

Brad Davidson
Senior Regional Vice President of Versity
Brad's 15-plus year career in commercial real estate began as an associate at Lehman Brothers financing commercial construction projects. The 2008 Great Recession created a unique economic circumstance that provided a variety of different opportunities in distressed asset management, credit risk and exposure to nearly every category of commercial real estate in the major MSA’s. After leaving Lehman Brothers in 2012 Brad managed the credit underwriting and loan production for an SBA Certified Development Corporation. Brad joined Versity Investments in 2018. Brad was raised on a family farm in Alberta, Canada, is the father of three children and currently resides in Mission Viejo, CA. On evening and weekends he can be found coaching youth sports or on an oversized SUP in Dana Point harbor.

Charles Jensen

Charles Jensen, Vice President of Inland Securities
Corporation, is responsible for developing sales and new broker dealer relationships. He began his career at Inland in 2008 as an Assistant Vice President and was promoted to Vice President in 2009. Prior to joining Inland, Mr. Jensen was a Regional Sales Director with GK Development, Inc. He has also worked for Cole Capital Markets. Mr. Jensen graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in marketing and communication.

Sean Parvin is a Senior Regional Sales Director in the SoCal Region for NexPoint Securities, Inc. Prior to joining NexPoint in February 2020, he was with SC Distributors for over six years, first serving as an Internal Sales Associate before becoming aRegional Vice President. During his time at SC Distributors, Mr.Parvin covered the Midwest territory, and most recently, the West Coast territory. Mr. Parvin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University where he was a member of the men’s Division 1 basketball team.

Bill has been in the financial services industry for over forty (40) years working for trust companies, commercial banks, savings and loans, and title insurance, escrow and 1031 Exchange services companies. He is an expert in 1031 Exchanges, 1033 Exchanges, Self-Directed IRAs and Individual 401(k) Plans, Title Holding Trusts (Land Trusts), and Specialty Holding Escrows all with an emphasis in Alternative Investments. Bill has administered in excess of 125,000 1031 Exchange transactions during his career and is one of the founders of the industry trade group – Federation of Exchange Accommodators.
